Firstly, my seat was changed. There is no blanket and the bus is full of luggage.

They haven't even stopped for pee stops. We had to forcefully tell them that we wanted to pee, 5-6 persons, then they stopped. After that, my drop location was Dhola Kuaa. My bag was a little big to keep in the bus, so they put it in the side compartment. At Dhola Kuaa, he said they would only open it at the final stop, Old Delhi. If you want your luggage, wait till Old Delhi. Because of that, I had to go to the Old Delhi final stop. It was terrible. I will never use this bus from now on. His behaviour was so bad; he would not think once before dropping you in the middle of nowhere if you argue with him.

Ac not working whole night, no water provided, no blanket given, dirty bus, light not working, no tracking, bus reached late at pick up, different local bus received as shown in picture.
