Sandhu Travels Bus Booking

Dear Customer Support Team, I had booked my bus ticket through, but despite having a confirmed ticket, the bus helper charged me an additional ₹XXX without any valid reason. Moreover, although the bus was advertised as a Volvo, the service was extremely disappointing. The bus operated like a local bus, stopping at multiple places along the route to pick up passengers. Several passengers were also not arriving on time, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. This experience was completely unacceptable and far below my expectations. I booked the ticket through expecting a comfortable and reliable journey, but the service provided was very poor. I request you to investigate this matter, take appropriate action against the bus operator, and arrange a refund of the extra ₹XXX charged by the helper. Please take this complaint seriously and provide a proper resolution. Thank you.

Worst experience, the bus was one and a half hours late at my boarding stop and after that it was another half an hour late intentionally. Also, it stopped at every location like a local bus and then dropped us 6 km behind our drop location at 11:30 PM. Don't choose it.

I am not satisfied with the bus change, as the journey has become difficult and inconvenient. Thank you.

Very late arrival at boarding point.

I was late for the morning bus, perhaps I was unable to board it, so due to that I was unable to board this afternoon bus too.

The suspension on bus was very old, so a lot of jerks were felt. Also, the engine vibrations were very strong near the feet. The seats were hard, like plastic seats.

Reached 4 mins late.

Very good journey.

Till date, no complaint.
