bus is stopped at Swargate almost till 1 am. waste of time.

The shops at the rest stop usually charge above MRP under the name of cooling charges and handling charges, which is totally illegal. This should stop. I didn't have time, so I kept quiet and refused to buy anything from there.

The bus was late for 1 hour and stopped every 50 km for luggage. I didn’t like the service. Worst.
