Only urinal was allowed in the bio toilet of the bus. Or else fine was of XXXXX rupees. Please do not advertise as proper toilet. And mark it as urinal.

Very poor behaviour of staff in this bus and bus ticket fare was so high for the bus services. Sleeper seat was in the worst condition and there was a damp smell overall. My suggestion was please do not refer to this type of bus service.

Image of interior of the bus versus actual is heaven and earth difference. Staff are looking in an intoxicated condition. Rest stop had nothing.

Ac was very cold, unable to stop the air through the vents, and it was also leaking. The space for the single sleeper was so tiny, I could not keep my neck straight while sitting up.

Pickup point in Bhubaneswar was not specified. No numbers, both of staff or customer helpline, picked up calls. No driver or conductor received calls. Very embarrassing experience. Bus arrived 2 hours late. Passengers were neither updated nor heard of. Used and soiled blanket, pillow, and bedsheet were given for use. Bus corridor was full with scattered garbage and food waste. Staff behavior was not good. They did not provide water bottle till the time it was demanded. Snacks packet was not provided even after paying XXXX for ticket. But only good thing was that the bus reached Kolkata in time.

Driver was honking unnecessarily. The reading lamps weren't working and the rest stop washrooms were in a very bad condition. At least change your rest stop.
