Rating: 1/5 Reason for Rating: The bus was poorly maintained and lacked proper cleanliness. I was continuously bitten by mosquitoes throughout the night. The window lock was damaged, causing the window glass to remain open and cold air to enter the bus. Due to these issues, I could not sleep properly the entire night. This was a very uncomfortable and disappointing travel experience. Please improve bus cleanliness, pest control, and window maintenance to ensure passenger comfort and safety.

Window's glasses are locked and unable to move. Tried to move by multiple passengers but failed. Informed owner twice and cleaner three times but they ignored.

My pickup was scheduled for 11:42 PM from Mukt Sainik, Kolhapur, but the bus/travel service arrived only around 12:30 AM, causing a significant delay. The drop-off was also delayed by approximately 1 hour. This delay caused considerable inconvenience.

Complaint: Water Leakage on Reserved Bus Seat During Journey I had booked my seat (seat no.3) in advance by making full payment. However, during the journey, rainwater was leaking from the roof directly onto my reserved seat. Because of this, my clothes got wet, and I had to travel in great discomfort despite paying in advance for a confirmed seat. This is a serious issue affecting passenger comfort and safety. I request you to investigate this matter, repair the bus. Immediately, and take appropriate action to ensure such incidents do not happen again. I also request suitable compensation for the inconvenience caused. Thank you.

Seats are dirty. Lights were on at night. Dropped at Wakad Bridge on the opposite side, which caused us to walk and cross the bridge by a long route to reach Hinjewadi. No proper luggage stores.
