Very disgusting bus. The drivers and the conductor are very rude. If you see the bus, it's just a mess. Not punctual, I was supposed to reach at 6:00 but I reached at 10:30. Very annoying service. We paid XXXXX rs. Not comfortable. They are taking people inside the bus without booking, and those people are sleeping in the way we walk to take our seat. I have never experienced such a disgusting bus.

Late by almost 5 hours! Couldn't use the washroom provided in the bus, the bus driver boarded local passengers in the middle who slept in the pathway of the space to walk, some occupied the seats at the back, did not stop for lunch, did not stop for washroom frequently, charging points did not work, luggage was asked to keep with us itself. Very unprofessional behaviour.

It was 1.5 hours late first of all. Then the AC in my seat had no flap at all, so I suffered with cold as well. And arrival time was very delayed; it was supposed to reach by 4:00 PM but turned out to be around 10:00 to 10:30 PM. Considering it was late on departure by 1.5 hours, still it was so much.

Journey starting was about 4.20 pm on 16th Oct but bus came at 8.20 pm. No one informed me at least once that bus was going to be late due to traffic and all. I came there at 3.30 pm and stood for 5 hrs.

Overcrowded. The bus was completely at its worst experience. I was not even given space to keep my luggage. My sleepers were used by others and they were not cleaned. Completely worst experience. I don't even think to book my bus with this bus service. First and last worst experience.

Cheating with the customers. First of all bus came very late 6 hours late. I had to cancel my trip. They advised me for the refund and now they are not giving it.

All curtains and blankets are ugly and come with a smell. Charging point and AC point are broken.
