We deboarded the bus because our seats were occupied and the staff didn't help us. Please give us a refund for the bus because our seats were occupied and the driver and conductor didn't help us. We reported the bus.

Bus conductors did not know about online bookings and female seats at all. they did not know which seat was booked. also, there was so much rush in the bus. people were standing all the way between seats and it was very uncomfortable. people were packed like animals in the bus. was that what we paid extra for, it was such a bad experience. also, very uncomfortable for females. all creepy and unkind guys standing right near female seats.
