The bus doesn't arrive on time and stops for a long while at rest stops. I boarded at 10:30 PM and was dropped off in Pune at 8:30 AM—just look at how much time they take.

Seats not comfortable. Very slow driving. Two to three hours late at dropping point. Worst experience.

Very bad experience. Water was continuously leaking from the seat where I was sitting, making the journey extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, the driver kept honking unnecessarily, which was very irritating and disturbed my sleep and rest throughout the journey. Overall, a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. Service should seriously improve bus maintenance and driver discipline.

There isn't much space for passengers inside the vehicle; bags don't even fit in the rack, and the ride isn't comfortable.

The travel came to Gargoti stop. We were there, but immediately the travel moved ahead. We inquired and found that the car moved 5 kms to Madilge. We were not called by any driver or his travel team. We went to that stop in another car. I was very upset.
