The service was absolutely pathetic. Between 6:00 and 11:30, they stopped the bus at least 80 to 90 times just to collect parcels. The staff were simply wasting time; in Dadar, they kept the bus idling for over an hour for no reason. If their primary objective was to collect parcels, they should stop passenger services and switch to a dedicated cargo service instead. Because of this cargo handling, passengers were forced to suffer unnecessarily.

Delayed at pickup point by 1 hour without any intimation. Dinner halt hotel was pathetic. Lots of people have already complained about this Panchasheel hotel. In the morning, the bus got punctured. It took 2 hours to replace the punctured tyre because both the driver and cleaner were not experts to do the task. Overall, pathetic experience.

I have booked the M, N, 18 seat no but they gave me 21, 22 and 35 no seat. The vehicle owner gave our seats to his family members and warned us that if you want to come then come, either go to your home. We will not refund.
