Very disappointing experience. The promised drop point was Dwarka Circle, but I was later told to get down at Mumbai Naka. Customer support was also not helpful. Please improve communication and service.

Very bad service, bus driver and pickup man behaviour is very bad. No blankets. Pickup man behaviour very bad. Want extra money for luggage.

The compounder was standing beside us and we were waiting for the bus for a whole 1 hour and both numbers were unreachable as well as there was no tracking available. At last, we tried calling customer service support but they said they had no idea what might have happened. This kind of pathetic service. When I tried to speak about this to the compounder and the driver, they literally ignored me. Such a pathetic rubbish service I received. I request all of you please do not ever book this bus. This is rubbish. The seats were rubbish and people were also rubbish.

Worst conditions. Before departing, no contact numbers were working, so no proper details were available to passengers for easiness. And departed late at the mentioned time 10 pm instead of 11 pm.
