Schedule time was 07:40, however it reached at 08:45, it means an hour late, because of which I missed my connected train from Nagpur for onward important journey.

Online dropping time was 11:50 AM, but the drop was at 1:05 PM. It was 1 hour 10 minutes late.

The condition of bus was not good, curtains are not available, and suspension of the bus was not good, also the fare of the bus was very high.

My bus was scheduled at 2 pm from Jabalpur to Nagpur. I was with my family (6 persons). I got a call around 12:15 pm that the bus timing was rescheduled to 1:00 pm. I told them that I was currently very far away from the boarding point and would not be able to reach on time. The operator said that they would not be able to wait for us and would leave exactly at 1:00 pm, whether we came or not. We had to rush everything. We were not able to visit any places that we wanted to because we had just arrived in Jabalpur early in the morning. Due to this nuisance created by this bus agency, we were not able to enjoy our time in Jabalpur and had to depart very quickly. Their behaviour was very rude and I suggest please do not choose this bus; choose anything else.
