pickup time was actually very good but dropping time was bad. They are filling fuel during dropping time i never seen this in other travels.

Very bad service, my dropping point mutyalapalli, but bus stopped at machilipatnam. Very bad service, worst service, not recommended to other people this service.

I have a health problem so I booked sleeper from Hyderabad to Lakshmipuram. But they dropped us at Machilipatnam which is 100 km away from my dropping point. And then they said to go by RTC. If I am healthy enough to come by RTC then I can book RTC from Hyderabad to my dropping point. Please don't encourage these types of behavior from bus drivers.

1. stop behaviour is not good. 2. no punctuality. 3. no proper live tracking. 4. more important pickup point shows Vuyyuru center but they are asking to come bypass near Ayyappa Swamy temple.
