Time of arrival pickup should be maintained. If it is late due to traffic, customers should be informed. Cannot wait for 20 to 30 minutes. All is okay.

Bus was good and comfortable. Rest stop hygiene is worst. Please train your driver to stop in a location where there are shops open or at least a toilet available. Stopped two times for rest, both were near forest and no toilet. I felt very bad for not having a toilet.
