No live tracking is provided, given contact number did not respond. Bus changed without intimation and bus came 1 hr late. Dropped 2.5 hrs late. No hygiene, no fitness for the bus. AC is not working. Curtains are not available at berth. Complete waste of money.

One hour late to boarding point and no proper response over call. Thought this would not come and I left for home, then the driver called me when he was near pickup. Then I came back. Such a horrible experience. Full noisy and seats are terrible.

Worst bus ever, it felt like freezer with broken vents and cemented holes. Linens were visibly dirty with cement particles.

The bus staff did not properly confirm whether passengers had reached or were ready to get down at their designated dropping points. The bus stopped without properly checking with the passengers, and there was no clear communication regarding the dropping location. This caused inconvenience and concern for passengers, especially those who were booked at last seats of bus, even though they were familiar or unfamiliar with the route. I request the travel company to instruct the drivers and staff to properly confirm each passenger’s dropping point before moving ahead, and to ensure passengers are safely dropped at their designated locations.
