Worst bus services. Bus engine got shut down in outskirts of Hyderabad for nearly 4 hours. We did not have any help from support management. Worst bus services and worst management.

He dropped me 1 hour lately because of that I missed my doctor appointment and he dropped me at different dropping point so now I want some amount back so that now I can afford at least the least lodging.

Worst experience of the journey by bus ever. Bus was not Volvo multi axle. Mentioned as new bus but it is not. I never recommend who wants to travel Vijayanagaram. It reached 11.30 am very delayed journey. Very disappointed with this travels.
