They changed the bus time on the journey date and there was no proper communication for live tracking, so it was very difficult to find the bus on the journey date. Also, the buses were not like an Omni bus; they were like a shuttle.

I selected Porur Toll Gate as the dropping point, but the bus is going through a different route. If you want to get down at Porur, please don’t book this bus. This bus route goes via Tambaram → Alandur → Koyambedu and does not follow the expected Porur route.

Delayed by 2.30 hrs. Seats very narrow. Only one driver for full journey is risky. No live tracking facilities. Many rest area stops. Overall not worth for cost XXXXX for this seater bus.
