This is supposed to be a travel bus, but the staff behave like it's a city bus. They stop at every station waiting for passengers without bookings just to fill the empty seats, which causes unnecessary delays. They also failed to provide basic amenities like drinking water bottles and pillows, despite these being expected on a travel bus. Overall, the service was very disappointing.

The AC wasn't working at all. The journey was around 12 hours and it wasn't working for even a minute. The seat comfort also wasn't that great. Even the suspension wasn't that smooth, even on the highway.
