Do not book this service. Last time they cancelled the bus and also did not refund the amount, so please do not book this bus.

Very poor and disappointing service. I booked this bus based on the scheduled bus and the confirmed boarding/drop-off locations. Later, they informed us that the bus was under repair and provided a different bus. While a bus change can happen, the replacement bus stopped at a completely different location, which was not the location mentioned during booking.
