Too much delay not because of traffic. Onboarding extra people for extra money. Almost 3 hrs delay. Driving also not perfect. Staff response also not good.

1. No place for luggage in bus. 2. Too many people more than seats by taking money. 3. Worst punctuality. 4. Bus staff are doing shipping business also along with passenger transport.
