First time experience in this bus travel agency. Bus time is perfect, but the CBD Belapur side bus broke down. Gear was not working properly. Then driver and staff tried to solve the problem for almost 1 and 1/2 hours. Then mechanic tried to solve the problem, spending 1 hour. Then he decided to go with car to hotel for night dinner at 1 o'clock. Bus was almost 3 hours late, then changed the bus to the same as this old one. Then dropped in the morning. Driver and staff also good; they cared for the passengers and had good behavior.

Service of the driver and conductor was good; however, the operator service was not good. I booked seat no. 10, but they modified the seat number without my consent. Even the modified allotted seat was not there.

Many passengers, especially senior citizens and people with diabetes, may need short restroom breaks during long journeys. Please consider a 5-minute stop every 2–3 hours or whenever genuinely required. Also, hygiene is very important. The seats should be clean, stain-free, and odor-free, with no water leakage. If an AC bus has a toilet, it should be properly cleaned and maintained. Passengers are willing to pay for comfort, but cleanliness and basic hygiene are essential for a safe and pleasant journey.

This was my first time traveling by this vehicle, and I had a terrible experience. The vehicle arrived half an hour late for the pickup; then, it stopped for an hour at Dadar and half an hour at Chembur, followed by repeated stops of 15–20 minutes along the way. Consequently, the journey was delayed by an hour. Sitting in the vehicle for so long in that heat was unbearable, yet I was forced to endure it.

Bus is never on time. There is always an answer that there is no place in the boot for your luggage. Driver's behaviour with passengers is not good.
