Lower berth is very low seating position increase the height on low berth. Time is perfect pickup and drop.

Only one driver was driving continuously throughout the night from Chennai to Theni, which poses a serious safety risk to both the passengers and the driver. It is unrealistic to expect a single driver to remain fully alert and active throughout such a long overnight journey without adequate rest. The vehicle also experienced heavy jerks while navigating cuts and turns. This may not necessarily be the driver's fault, as fatigue and drowsiness could have affected his alertness and driving control. For a long-distance overnight journey like Chennai to Theni, having a co-driver is essential to ensure passenger safety and prevent driver fatigue. Therefore, I strongly urge the company to take immediate action to appoint a co-driver for such journeys and implement appropriate safety measures to avoid potential accidents in the future.
