Worst travelling agency I had ever seen. The owner allowed his relatives who were drunk and smoked inside the bus without any restriction. My travelling bus got a technical issue and the owner did not even take efforts to solve it. Their seats were having insects roaming in there.

There was a bad smell when I entered the bus and the seat cover was very dirty and had a bad smell, looking like someone drunk in the bus. No lights inside the cabin and no charging point.

Very Dirty seat not cleaned and they are continuously smoking.

Bus condition is bad and seat/sleep is not comfortable. Even bedsheets are also not clean and maintained and stop buses many times due to taking nil seats to fulfill passengers for their personal income.

window doesn't opens properly the light doesn't works bag cabin was too small ( a dummy monitor occupied it's space, just remove that) dinner time less than 15 min I hope these things will fix, to make better indrayani travels. best things are Punctuality cleanliness seat comfortable
