Staff behavior was not good. Boarding point was at Vidyanagar; however, staff called and asked me to come to Tarnaka, which cost me extra 150/-. For some extra money, staff allowed a few passengers who were totally drunk and drinking alcohol in the bus as well, in U-13 and U-14 seats, using very vulgar language. Also, staff asked for extra amount for my luggage. I personally rate 1 as I had a very bad experience and will never prefer this travel.

This is the worst experience had in recent times, bus driver or the supporting staff were not even properly aware of the pickup or drop locations, for which I had to pay 150 from my pocket for their mistake, and also rain water was continuously dripping on the bed.

Worst bus, cheating customers with unhygienic buses. Bad smell inside bus. My breath is completely wet. Due to demand, bus operators are looting public money with worst buses. This is terrible journey in my lifetime.
