It’s a terrrible journey I got delayed for 2hrs and before we had a huge conversation with red bus and the operator they denied to pick us from the boarding point we had to travel to a different location which costed us extra.

I selected RTC Complex, but he is saying that there is no stop at RTC Complex and the timings are not convenient.

No AC. Not picked at the right time, 1 hour delay. I booked to Vijayawada but was not dropped in Vijayawada; left in the middle of the road and he went to Hyderabad. Never seen very, very worst service.

Very bad experience. Pickup time was 10:50, bus arrived at 11:30. Dropping time was 10:00, dropped at 12:10. Drop location was Akkayapalem, dropped far away from the location of drop.

Bus driving, punctuality and staff behaviour are good, but the bus interior and seats are very bad and bus fitness is also worst.

The journey was the worst journey I ever had. After paying XXXX change, I got nothing but trauma from travelling in the bus. Vomiting was the only thing left. I felt disgusting every second of travelling in this bus. Such a horrible experience this bus was. I would never recommend. They should remove buses like this. It did not even deserve 1 star.
