I had a very bad experience travelling on this AC bus. When I boarded the bus, it was hotter inside than outside, and when I asked about the AC, the staff said it would be increased once we reached the highway. Around 2 am, the AC started working properly and the bus became cool, but within the next two hours, the AC was turned off or stopped cooling effectively again. The bus became extremely hot and suffocating, making it very difficult to sleep or travel comfortably. What is the point of booking an AC bus if passengers have to suffer from the heat throughout the journey? The AC should be maintained properly and kept running consistently throughout the trip, especially during an overnight journey. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service unless they improve their AC maintenance and passenger comfort.
