I faced several problems, including the seats being unclean and the three-hour wait for a bus in Jaipur. I even had to pay extra to the auto driver to take me to the bus stop. and till now i didn't reach Delhi. shown wrong time.

Bus stops at every single small stop. We left 3:30 from Surat and were at Vadodara at 9 pm, which was the expected time to reach Ahmedabad. I just got off and took another bus from Vadodara.

The bus service is very bad. I had booked a sleeper bus from Ahmedabad to Delhi, but they changed the bus in Jaipur and gave a seater bus. They charged again for the sleeper. We should boycott this from our side.

It was supposed to arrive at 10:45, but it came at 11:30—a 45-minute delay. It was scheduled to reach Surat at 4:00 PM but arrived at 6:30 PM; it has only just reached Saroli and is running very late. I had hoped to arrive by 4:00 PM and head straight to the office by 6:00 PM. It was a very bad experience; I didn't enjoy it at all.

Company did not complete my journey as booked. I booked a ticket from Surat to Delhi in a sleeper seat, but I was dropped in Jaipur. Now I am travelling by roadways from Jaipur to Delhi. I will never book this company again.
