Bus not arrived as per booking and no system update. Missed the journey. Very poor.

Bus hygiene was very poor. Also staff behaviour was very rude.

Bus cancelled and given seat in sleeping but charger was not working and seat was not proper. Not appropriate to price.

There was no live tracking of the bus and it was late by 40-50 minutes, but the driver was not picking up the calls, so I could not get real-time data about whether the bus was coming and when it would reach. The seat which I booked was the first single lady seat in the lower berth, but the curtain was not there, so I asked to insert a curtain or change the seat. The other allocated seat was the last single lady seat in the upper berth.

Not good experience, dropping time is 6:30 am and I reached Anjar 7:45 am too late. Even during departure, no person received calls at the provided contact number in the ticket. Actually, we waited almost more than 1 hour during departure. Totally bad experience.

We had very horrible experience from this bus, I never recommend this to anyone. Extra passenger seat/sleeping in gallery area of bus. They are demanding space in my booking seat also.

One of the most disgusting journeys of my life. I suggest you please go with it. If you want to be disappointed with the journey then choose it wisely.

The service was very poor, and the staff was not helpful or professional. They allowed far too many passengers on the bus, to the point where people were sitting and even sleeping in the centre aisle. This felt extremely uncomfortable, especially for women travelling alone. The bus was also not clean. I travelled from Keshod to Ahmedabad after Janmashtami, and the fare was almost double the usual price, but the service was extremely poor. The driver's driving was also terrible throughout the journey. When we complained about the overcrowding and poor service, the staff responded with a very bad attitude, saying things like, do whatever you want and add your negative review, we do not care. Overall, I would not recommend this bus service. Please consider these issues before choosing this bus for your journey.

Dropped to mind way.

Even though this is a sleeper bus, they make everyone sleep in the gallery, but instead of seating 10 people, they charge extra and they don't even let you sleep, they make noise till late. The driver booked for money and has to compromise.
