Staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was traveling with a female family member, and despite repeated requests, the staff refused to stop the bus for a toilet break, which caused significant discomfort and inconvenience. Very disappointing and insensitive service.

The seats are very very small and after repeated asking, the driver stopped for dinner at midnight 12 pm. My booking was till Katra but the bus stopped at some other place about 100 km from Katra. After arguing with them for about half an hour, they arranged another transport. The crew and the travel owner are very harsh and overall had a very bad experience. Do not opt for this travel.
