Charger sockets broke, all cold air was coming inside. The door near to my seat was broken and it did not leave me on point I had decided on this app.

1) The bus pickup time was 11:40 pm but the bus came at 1:00 am. This is too much delay, very bad. 2) The bus suddenly stopped and did not start again for 2 hours. 3) The bus driver shifted us to another bus which dropped me at 9 am. Too much delay. 4) Please, anyone selecting a bus, do not make a mistake. Don't choose this bus, please.

First to change travel and very dirty travel provided. Online travel photo another and travel travel very dirty and late 2 hours and my dropping point Washim but bus is not yet Washim. Driver change travel to very disgusting. Very bad experience. Do not book Sana travels.
