Very disappointing bus journey. My experience was extremely disappointing. The sleeper berth was very uncomfortable with very limited space to sleep properly. The seat was also not clean which made the journey even more unpleasant. The overall experience was far below my expectations and I could not get proper rest during the journey. I would not recommend for travel. If you were looking for a comfortable and clean sleeper bus, I suggested considering other options. A very disappointing experience.

They think they have the monopoly over this route. They stopped the bus for dinner at 01:30 am. Is this the time for dinner? The bus conductor is curious as to how to gain from passengers.

Firstly, the bus was not the same as I booked. It arrived three hours late, due to which I stood on the road with my luggage. The seat was not comfortable.

The bus is in very bad condition and overloaded. Staff behaviour was not good. One seat was bought for two persons online and offline.
