L5 AC vent was not working.

Driver restricts passengers from using the washroom. He said it is only for urination. People should not use the washroom for bowel movements.

Out of so many years of bus booking via service provider, first time I had a terrible experience. The driver seems to be an amateur driver. He was having 2-3 people with him in the front space. Not serious or cautious about the lives in the bus. Driving rashly and throughout the journey, passengers were feeling that threat of life.

Everything was great. The driver and conductor took care of us very well. Improvement points to add are: they can give us all one pit stop midway where there is good coffee or tea and restrooms for 20 minutes. Second, they should keep extra pillows and blankets. Overall, it was a great travel experience.
