Charging point was not working, they switched off AC after some time. Rest was ok.

The journey was absolutely pathetic. The seat was covered with dust and the window pane had no curtains. Even the charging point wasn't working and I asked the staff they answered disgracefully. The fare wasn't up to the mark. The live tracking wasn't working and the bus for 1 hour late.

These travels drop you off in a nearby village instead of your original village and tell you to go your own way. This is a terrible bus.

They didn't provide a blanket and the AC was not working, only air was blowing. Rest stop was unhygienic.

Bus is a Non ac bus which they have mentioned as ac. I was charged XXXXX for this non ac service from Pune to Beed while the office and other agents were charging Rs.xxx to xxx. The bus was so crowded that people were sleeping in the walkway and there was no space for the passengers to move along if they wanted to get down even for restroom break. Very poor service. I strongly recommend not to book this service.

Bus was half an hour late. The bus name at the time of booking was different. Totally different name. Bus was there and the bus was two hours late for the arrival at the destination.

Sms time is different, boarding stop different. Receiving a call to come 30 minutes early. Boarding point changed. Very worst service. Not recommended to anyone.
