I had booked a ticket for my father in the Safar bus service, where the scheduled boarding time was 9:10 PM. However, instead of the booked bus, another bus named Vijay arrived at around 10:05 PM to pick him up. We choose earlier buses for a reason — to reach the destination on time and manage important responsibilities accordingly. My father had farm work planned early in the morning and was expecting to reach by around 5:00 AM. Unfortunately, the situation became worse when the Vijay bus broke down near Kharadi, Pune. Passengers were left waiting for hours, and an alternate bus was arranged only around 2:30 AM. During this entire journey, my father had to travel by sitting in the cabin, which was extremely uncomfortable and unsafe for such a long journey. Due to all these issues, he finally reached his destination at 9:30 AM instead of early morning. This caused major inconvenience, loss of time, discomfort, and disruption of important work plans. Such poor management and lack of proper backup arrangements are unacceptable for passengers who trust your service. I request you to look into this matter seriously and provide an explanation and suitable compensation for the inconvenience caused.

The AC was not cooling; it was only blowing air and not cooling as it should. The staff was very rude when guiding me where the bus was standing at the pickup spot. There were no blankets or pillows, although they should provide blankets as it is an AC bus. There was a weird smell in the bus that was irritating throughout the journey.
