My bus arrived more than an hour late, and instead of picking me up from the designated bus stop, I was asked to board the bus from the expressway. The overall condition of the bus was extremely poor and the seats were uncomfortably small. To make matters worse, some passengers had been drinking and the strong smell of alcohol made the entire journey unpleasant. Overall, it was a terrible travel experience. I would never travel with this bus service again nor would I recommend it to anyone. The service, comfort and basic passenger experience were all highly disappointing.

The bus came early..I was not ready. Then the staff had a fight with fellow passengers. They had onboarded the local passengers as well who were pre booking. Then it dropped me early as the scheduled time was 5:55 am and they dropped me at 3:34 am which was not safe for me and I had to struggle alot and wait outside the metro for 2 hours. So these things should be taken care of in future.
