We waited for someone for almost one hour near Junagadh to come onboard. After that, we found that the bus was parked for loading something, again wasting time there. The driver was smoking during the journey, and music was played loudly at midnight. It was ridiculous, and due to the wasted time, we reached Surat by 10:35 am instead of 9:40 am. My experience was not good at all.

Very bad experience. The bus was dirty, had garbage and many mosquitoes. We booked the bus, but got another bus instead. Very disappointing.

Bus windows have no curtains, sleep discomfort due to no pillow, bus was not clean, dirty smells or dirty odor of urine in bus or bus's seats.

it's horrible experience to travel with sadguru. Sleep not comfortable and not clean. Rough Driving and more stop for take extra passenger.

1/5 Very disappointing experience. The staff behaviour was not good at all, and the overall service was far below expectations. The bus was not clean, the seats were very uncomfortable, and there was no curtain on the window. Even a pillow was not provided. On top of that, the bus reached around 1 hour late. Overall, a very uncomfortable and disappointing journey. I would not recommend unless they seriously improve their service, cleanliness, punctuality, and staff behaviour.
