Bus has reached point 2 hours 45 minutes late. No intimation to passenger. At last, opted for another bus service as lost the ticket amount due to no refund policy. Worst part, no information from travel support team. The driver called at midnight to check as I am still waiting for 23:30 pick.

Worst travel experience ever we would never travel to the operator again. Staff had not called us on boarding point and the location of boarding was also different from actual point. They had taken two stops more than one and a half hours. Bus late more than 2.30 hours the platform if this kind of service provided by tour partner bus so sorry next time I would not use the platform to book my bus journey. I had travelled entire month in inter state. Next time I would take care the operator Ujjain was a very bad service provider, will not suggest anyone to book this bus, staff was very arrogant and rude.
