The bus was too worst, they does have curtains for privacy nor the window curtains or the seat curtains if we ask the operator he does not have answer and responding rudely, i request you to take serve action against.

There should be at least 2 rest stops; among them, the 1st one should be a tea break. Sleeping berths were good but not excellent; still can improve. Regarding the punctuality, departure from Hospete will be at least 9 to 14 mins delayed. 2306 hrs actual time, but they depart by 2315 hrs or even more.

Its stop is Chitradurga bus stand but stopped 11 kilometres before. I got the worst experience in this bus. I haven't had this much worst experience before.

They called us one hour before to remind about the trip and told us to be there on time. We reached when it was 30 minutes to the trip and waited more than two hours with our luggage. The driver was just roaming nearby and again it showed 500-600m away on the tracker. When he arrived, he was complaining as if someone forced him to drive the bus and was frustrated by getting passenger calls. He is not aware of the city routes. We reached at 9 instead of 6. Worst service ever had.
