It was an 8 hrs ride but the bus did not stop for lunch and put a restroom stop after 6 hrs only for a short period.

I called the bus driver one hour before the departure time. He even told me the location where to stand; it was the same as written. Then the bus was late by more than an hour. When I talked to the driver, he said to stand there only. I was fine with the bus being late, no issues, but the bus did not stop where I was standing. It moved forward and then they called me again, saying to come by auto.
