Worst travels I have ever seen. Don't choose this travels.

There are bed bugs in the bus,this is the second time I am seeing them in the bus, as I have travelled multiple times in the same sank travels at the same time, the bus is very slow today it reached both Kanchikacherla and Ameerpet (my source and destination) very late, almost one hour

The bus timing was 11:10 PM but it arrived at 12:20 AM, this much punctuality they had maintained. The cleanliness was terrible - full of dirty foul smell and not at all breathable air. AC was switched off after 1-1.1/2 hour and not at all breathable and terrible experience. Please do not board these type of buses because we trust for best but not this experience. Thank you.

1 Driver driving rash 2 Late bus at boarding and dropping both 3 Bedding of the sleeper berth is not fresh 4 Pick up location was not accurate 5 AC was shut half the journey 6 Seat was never hygienic 7 It was leaking water internally due rain and everything including the bed was soaked wet If there was negative Stars to rate I would have chosen the least.

Staff behavior was worst and without checking whether the passenger was there or not in the bus. They started the bus but I was unable to catch it when they stopped for toilets. When I tried to call them, their behavior was not good.

The most worst experience in my life. Very bad smell in banquet and fully dusty. Bedsheet was not clean. Worst experience.
