This was the most horrible bus journey I have ever had. The seat cover was covered in dirt and grime, and it was absolutely disgusting to sit on. I had to struggle to remove the seat cover before I could even sit down. But my ordeal did not end there. When I arrived in Chennai from Karur, my entire suitcase was covered in mud and muck. Since I had to rush to the airport, I did not question the driver at that time. After reaching the airport, I contacted the travel office using the number provided. The response I received was absolutely pathetic: What can we do if it rains and your luggage gets wet? I have never encountered such a terrible level of service. I will never travel on this bus again, no matter what.

Shock absorber very worst I think. In ups and downs, seat jumped and was shaking. Sleep affected at night time.
