My seat was full of cigarette powders, not at all hygienic seat. Then I had to clean myself. Also, the charging point was not working.

Did not provide rest stops and did not inform if we had time at any of the stops. When asked to stop, argued with customers, and when they did stop there was no restroom and stopped in the middle of the street.

Pathetic experience. Minimum sense should be used regarding the place where they stopped for a break; there were no washrooms. Half of the bus was with ladies and kids. Minimum common sense. Even that hotel served only fried rice at that particular time. The bus was supposed to reach at 6.30, but they reached at 8 am. At the last moment, they changed pickup points. Worst experience. You better remove it from your list. We usually trust MMT and do the bookings.

The driver asked me to come to some other boarding point. I refused to go. Then he picked me up from my boarding point. My seat was occupied by another. After arguments with the conductor, the seat was given to me. Seats are not cleaned. Overall, SRE bus service is worst. This journey is the worst journey of my life.

Charging point is there but they are switching off those charging points and saying no charging. Nothing, it is difficult for people.

Every time bus problem. Not working light and no small hammer for emergency exit and not maintained in time reaching time.
