The bus departed an hour late from Kota. They allowed non-booking passengers from the route. Charger is not working. Overall, terrific experience. Please avoid.

The cleanliness of the AC bus was good, and overall the journey was comfortable. However, blankets and water bottles were not provided during the journey.
