I booked two sleeper seats from Dhanbad to Pakur but when I boarded the bus the conductor offered two w seats, not the two sleeper. I complained the same but he didn't listen. My whole journey was just a terrible night. I will not book tickets from app. It's better to book a ticket directly from the bus company.

1. Allotted a different bus with different vehicle registration caused a hurdle to board the bus. 2. Changed the route via Dumka-Maheshpur-Pakur-Hiranpur instead of Dumka-Amrapara-Litipara-Hiranpur.

I want to share feedback about my recent journey. The bus was stopped in the middle of the road for the passenger to use the toilet, and the passenger was left at a petrol pump or hotel. This should not happen, as it is unsafe and inconvenient for passengers. The bus staff should stop only at proper, safe, and designated places and ensure that every passenger boards the bus again before continuing the journey.
