The luggage room keeps its own parcels like fish, due to which the bus smells bad. The bus is in bad condition.

Live tracking was also not available. Whenever the bus stopped, the driver did not get down or assist the passengers. The driver also stopped for only 10 minutes for lunch, and his behavior was not good or cooperative.

Sorry we did not complete our trip by your bus. Actually, we faced heavy rain and huge traffic issues. Additionally, we are new to the location. We conveyed our problem to the driver and requested 15 minutes extra time. But the driver did not support and said as per guidelines we started away. After a few minutes, we reached the nearest location and started looking for another bus availability through this app. Unfortunately, these buses were available only up to 9pm at the nearest premises for booking my existing seats to others. Immediately, I called the driver and he replied with some reasonless answers to us. Finally, we were unable to reach the bus. We did not complete our temple darshan as per our schedule. This is not an acceptable version from the driver. The mistake happened from our side. But the driver did not leave as per guidelines. He waited for some other new passengers. Is it reasonable? We faced emotional pain with my daughter. We requested the driver so much, but he was not responding.

Local bus driver stopped at every single stop to take other local passengers. Bus is late 2 hrs. Please remove bus from the list.
