Total worst bus, delayed by 4 hours, unprofessional staff, they took local passengers from the mid of the highway which made the bus overcrowded. Drivers are drunk. should ban this bus from app..

My experience with this bus service was extremely disappointing. The bus was not clean, the staff was uncooperative, and the time management was very poor. The bus was delayed, and there was no proper communication about the schedule. The journey was uncomfortable and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this bus service to anyone.

No water bottle provided during travel. The driver drove badly. There was no cleaning and bad smells everywhere. The toilet was blocked and there was urine on the floors everywhere. The bus was late by 3 hours. The pickup location in Delhi was changed more than 3 times. Local passengers started boarding at the toll without ID and no valid booking. Unauthorized passengers slept on the floors and only they received water bottles.
