The bus was over occupied than its capacity. There were at least ten people extra in the bus.

Worst journey. 1.5 hr late. Bad seats. No hygiene. No cleanliness. I have not received driver or bus operator's phone number. Just a boarding point phone number which also does not belong to this bus.
