I reached the boarding point on time for my 10:15 pm Bangalore–Gadag bus. Since I had four luggage bags, I took two bags to the bus first and informed the staff that I would bring the remaining two bags in a few minutes. Despite informing them and being only about 10 minutes late, the bus left without me and asked me to come to Yeshwanthpura stop. I was extremely upset and started crying because I had arrived on time and was struggling with multiple luggage bags. Only after seeing my situation, the staff suggested that I travel on the next bus instead. This was very disappointing and showed poor customer service. The entire experience caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and emotional distress. I request them to take action and ensure better support for passengers in such situations.
