Very unprofessional and rude staff at Anand Vihar bus lounge and bus. Even bus staff was so rude that they only scolded and gave negative responses to customers' queries. You needed to train your staff in customer service.

Driver and other staff behaviour was not at all good. There was no proper communication by the travel agency, the bus drivers, and the conductors. There was no communication to the passenger. They asked at the last moment to take an auto and come to another place instead of the scheduled boarding points. I had the worst experience ever. I would not recommend anyone to book this bus.
