Very bad experience of this journey. Bus number not defined. No time schedule. Did not fulfil any complimentary requirements like water bottle, pillow, blinkit etc. Birth reading lights not working, mobile charging socket not working. Again, this trip was a very bad experience. Total waste of money.

They didn’t call before leaving the boarding point. Arriving is also late. Sleeper cabin is not fully closed. There is no curtain or sliding door. Bus arriving at boarding point late.

I had a very bad experience with RS Chandra Travels. It started when I booked a ticket from Amritsar to Jaipur. Firstly, I booked a ticket with the bus having a washroom. Now, when I reached the departure point, I found that the details of the bus shared by them were different from the actual bus. The bus number was different and that bus was not from RS Chandra Travels; it was from Raj Travels. Second, there was no washroom in the bus. Third, the bus was too old with broken glasses in the windows. Fourth, they didn't provide a water bottle. I asked again and again, but in the end, they said they don't have a water bottle, even though when I booked the bus, it was clearly mentioned that a water bottle is included.
