I have not received any journey details like bus number, contact details. How to send this message to your team? please send any journey details at the time of journey. Even boarding contact number was not working at the time of journey. How are you asking for rating for this unprovided service? I also complained about this service.

AC is not working. I have informed the staff multiple times, but they are taking it lightly. I feel very suffocated during the journey.

Berths are not at all clean, full of dust. Previous customer or someone has spilled the leftover biscuits. When asked, the staff said the cleaner is not available today.

The bus and its facilities were good, but the driving was extremely poor and felt dangerous throughout the journey. The driver was involved in an accident at a rest stop, which was very concerning. Additionally, every time the driver applied the brakes, they were sudden and harsh, causing passengers to be thrown forward in their seats. Based on my experience, I would not recommend traveling on this bus due to serious safety concerns.

Bad trip. Hyd to Kruthivennu: Bus will go to Bantumilli, but Kruthivennu to Hyd: bus will come to Bantumilli. Bus is jerking while driving. No punctuality.
