They were switching off AC continuously doing same thing won't suggest to travel with royal travels and Ac needs repairing

We booked a 9.40 bus that departed at 10.15. The seats that we chose we did not end up sitting there as they mixed up the seats online with offline, so people ended up sitting on a first come first serve basis. They did not even drop us off at the exact drop-off point; we were dropped somewhere random only on the main road, which was eight minutes from the actual drop-off, and navigating to the pick-up point was also a bit of a hassle. When we asked the bus driver about the seating issue, he told us to figure it out with management. Live tracking was also not accurate or on half the time.

Reached late by 2 hours and because of that I missed my return bus. This is a poor show of punctuality.

Worst trip ever. Leakage in bus so much my luggage got wet. Very dirty smell. Seems like never choose this bus. Very unsafe.

Subh wali bus 6:50 pr chli 8522 achi nhi thi, AC vent se paani girne laga, beach mein seat bhi comfortable nahi the, na charging point working tha. Baaki on time thi, staff acha tha, but 2:10 pr Omkareshwar to Ujjain badiya bus ekdum mast paisa wasul.
