Most uncomfortable seats, AC continuously switching on and off. Departure from Kasol was 7:30 PM but departed 4 hrs late at 11:30 PM. Worst experience till date.

Bus was not able to get the pickup. There was some issue and it was a very old bus.

Very congested and uncomfortable seats. It was supposed to be a semi sleeper but it wasn't even a seater.

The bus provided is not the same as what was listed. It was a seater Volvo bus instead of semi sleeper. You should not book this travels. I tried to confront then they said to board down. Very pathetic behaviour. Try booking with a reputed company namely Laxmi Holidays or Ram Dalal. Moreover, you won't be provided with a blanket or water bottle. Please be aware of the scam.

Very bad service. Came 2 hours late, then booking tickets in black. Also, staff was not cooperative. If they are stopping at any restaurant, then either you have to get down off the bus or they will lock you inside with AC and everything turned off. Also, the timing to reach destination was 10 am, and we reached 5 pm. Our whole day went off in bus only.
