Pickup location was wrong. Had to travel 4kms from the given pickup location to catch the bus. Very terrible experience. Bus was also not the same as mentioned. It was not Bharat Benz bus. It was some random travel company bus. Very poor service.

Ac not working throughout the journey. Bus gets stopped due to some mechanical issues.

Unprofessional driver who does not value others' time. Very bad experience from Shimla to Delhi. The journey was supposed to be 8 hours, but they picked up late by around one hour and then stretched the journey from 8 to 12 hours. Still on the way, not reached the final dropping point. Worst experience.
